A charm is included with each theme as default (Starfish with Ocean, Panda with Monochrome, Pink Fairy with Pastels and Smiley Face with Brights). This can be exchanged for a charm of your choice. Personalisation up to 10 characters makes this a truly unique accessory.
We ship globally with all products despatched from the United Kingdom.
As standard we despatch all orders within 3 working days (Mondays to Fridays only, excluding UK public holidays) from date of receipt of order.
Most of our products are made to order and occasionally during busy periods the despatch period may be longer.
Our customer service team will contact you if the despatch period for your order will extend beyond our standard despatch period.
For large orders of over £400 or 2Kg, the delivery date may extend beyond the 3 working days, as we may need to arrange specific transport in order to ship the goods to you. Additional delivery charges may also be applicable on large orders. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team if your large order delivery extends beyond our standard 3 day period or if additional delivery charges are applicable.

The delivery price will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Note : If your order is such that the delivery charge exceeds the standard charge due to weight, quantity, volume or your selected delivery location our customer service team will contact you to confirm any additional charges and take payment before the order is sent to production. You will have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to accept the charges.
Import / Export charges and Taxes
For delivery to destinations outside of the United Kingdom we only ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), this means the customer is responsible for all taxes, duty and any additional administration charges as levied or required by, but not limited to, the courier, country, state or any other relevant government tax authority for import into your country or territory before customs will release the shipment to you.
